Why it matters

What a real estate website needs to win leads

A real estate website has two jobs. It has to show up when buyers and sellers search for your area, and it has to catch them before they move on to the next agent. A good-looking website that nobody finds, or that has no clear way to reach you, is just an online business card.

We build real estate websites on Squarespace with lead capture and local SEO built in from day one, so you rank where you work and every inquiry comes straight to you. And because it is Squarespace, updating a listing or adding a new area page is something you can do yourself.

What we build

What we build for agents and realtors

A new real estate website

A custom Squarespace website for your business, designed to capture leads and built to rank for the areas you serve.

A realtor website redesign

Your website feels dated or loads slowly. We rebuild it without losing the pages and rankings you already have.

Real estate SEO and local search

Neighborhood pages, local listings and schema set up so buyers and sellers in your market find you first.

Compare your options

How we compare to a portal page or a DIY template

Most agents choosing a new website are weighing three options. Here is how they compare on the things that bring in buyer and seller leads.

Built into every website

The groundwork we put into every website

Because we are an SEO agency first, every real estate website we build gets the same groundwork before it goes live.

Neighborhood pages

A page for each area you work, structured so you can rank in each one.

Lead capture forms

Contact and inquiry forms placed where visitors are ready to reach out.

Fast loading

Light images and clean code, because slow property websites lose buyers in seconds.

Hand-written schema

RealEstateAgent and FAQ schema added by hand, so Google understands who you are and where you work.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile and local signals, so nearby clients find you before the big portals.

Mobile first

Most property searches happen on a phone, so we design for the phone first.

Our process

How a project works

No long contracts and no jargon. Here is what happens from your first message to a live website.

1

Strategy call (day 1 to 2). We learn about your market, the areas you work, and the buyers and sellers you want more of. You get a flat quote and a realistic timeline, with no obligation.

2

Design and build (most of the timeline). We build your website on a private staging link, organized around how people search by area, and you review it as it comes together.

3

SEO and lead capture setup (final week). We handle local SEO, speed, schema and your lead forms, plus any IDX embed you choose.

4

Launch and support. We take the website live, test everything, and stay reachable. You are never handed a website and left to figure it out.

Our approach

How we build a real estate website

We start with the neighborhoods and areas you actually work, then build a dedicated page for each one, so each can rank on its own instead of competing inside one listings page. Lead forms go where interest is highest, and we add RealEstateAgent and local schema by hand.

Squarespace does not have built-in MLS search. If you want live listings, we embed and style an IDX tool such as IDX Broker or Showcase IDX, which has its own monthly fee, and we surround it with neighborhood content, because embedded listings do not rank well on their own.

No surprises

What you provide, and what you own

What we need from you

Your logo, brand colors and headshot
Your brokerage details and license information
The neighborhoods and areas you want to win
Feedback at each review round, so the timeline holds

What you own at the end

The Squarespace account and website, in your name
Full editing access with clean, simple blocks
Every lead the website captures, sent straight to you
No retainer. A care plan is optional
After launch

Care plans after launch

Some agents like to run the website themselves, and our clean build makes that easy. Others would rather hand it off. Our care plans cover listing and content updates, new neighborhood pages, speed checks, schema upkeep and monthly Search Console monitoring, so your website keeps bringing in leads.

New neighborhood pages
Schema and technical SEO upkeep
Monthly Search Console monitoring

Care plans are month to month. Already have a website and want it to rank higher in your market? See our Squarespace SEO services.

Who you work with

Who you will work with

You work directly with Mukesh Kumar, the founder and the person who builds your website. There are no account managers and no handoff to a junior.

Mukesh has spent more than fifteen years building and ranking websites for local businesses, where showing up for the right area search decides who gets the call. For most of that time he did the work behind the scenes for other agencies. He started HOU Digital Marketing so business owners could work with the developer directly, at a fair flat price. FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Squarespace gives you a clean, professional website that is easy to update and stays secure without a developer. We add the lead capture and local SEO most agent websites are missing.

Packages start at $800 for a solo agent website, $1,400 for a lead growth website with neighborhood pages and a blog, and $1,800 for a full redesign with migration. These are flat prices, not hourly bills, and we confirm your exact quote after a short call.

A solo agent website usually takes one to two weeks, a lead growth website two to four weeks, and a redesign with migration three to five weeks. We agree on the schedule before work starts.

Yes, through a third-party tool. Squarespace has no built-in IDX, so live MLS search is added with a tool such as IDX Broker or Showcase IDX, embedded into your website. We set it up and style it to match your design, and we build neighborhood pages around it so you still rank.

Yes. The Squarespace website is in your name, and every lead goes straight to you, not to a portal. We build with clean, simple blocks so you can update listings and area pages yourself.

That is how we build it. Each area gets its own page built around what buyers and sellers search, with local schema and fast loading, so you show up where you work.

Yes. We are based in Houston, Texas and work with agents and brokerages across Texas. Everything happens online, so your location does not change the process.
